YaIon Child Protection & Sexual Exploitation Policy
YaIon is committed to preventing and responding to all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach and work to promptly remove illegal and exploitative content, support reporting, and cooperate with law enforcement.
Scope
This policy covers: content depicting or describing sexual activity involving minors, grooming, sexual exploitation, and related material. It applies to all content uploaded, posted or shared on YaIon services (mobile apps, web, APIs).
Key commitments
- Zero tolerance: We remove material involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children immediately on discovery.
- Prompt takedown: Content reported or detected that depicts sexual exploitation of minors will be taken down without delay.
- Reporting & cooperation: We forward confirmed illegal material to law enforcement and relevant hotlines and cooperate with lawful requests and investigations.
- Preservation for investigations: When content is taken down for suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM), we preserve relevant metadata and logs for investigation and do not expose them publicly.
- User reporting: We provide clear reporting channels so users may report suspected child sexual exploitation.
How to report
If you suspect child sexual exploitation on YaIon, please report using one of the channels below. Provide as much detail as possible (user/profile link, content URLs, timestamps, screenshots):

- In-app report buttons — use the report action on the content or profile
What happens after you report
- We acknowledge receipt and begin an initial review.
- When material appears to violate this policy, we remove it and preserve forensic evidence.
- We will escalate confirmed illegal material to law enforcement and, where applicable, to national hotlines/hubs.

Law enforcement cooperation
We comply with legal obligations and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. We provide preserved evidence and logs in response to lawful requests and emergency disclosures.
